Application of Family Participatory Care Plan in Patients with Schizophrenia during Convalescence
Objective:To observe the impact of family participatory care plan on compliance with rehabilitation and mental state of patients with schizophrenia during convalescence.Method:From January 2022 to July 2023,74 patients with schizophrenia during convalescence who received rehabilitation at the Third Hospital of Anxi County were selected as the research subjects and were divided into two groups using a table of random numbers, with 37 cases in each group. The control group adopted routine nursing plan, while the observation group adopted family participatorycare plan on this basis. The compliance with rehabilitation, mental state[positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS)],coping style[simplified coping style questionnaire(SCSQ)]and social function[social disability screening schedule(SDSS)]scores were compared between the two groups.Result:During the intervention, the rehabilitation compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the negative symptoms, general psychopathological scores, and negative coping scores and SDSS scores in the SCSQ scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the positive coping scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying family participatory care planto patients with schizophrenia during convalescence can enhance their compliance with rehabilitation, improve their mental state, correct their coping styles, and reduce their social dysfunction, enabling them to integrate into normal social life as soon as possible.
