Application Effect of Operating Room Nursing Intervention under Safety Risk Defense Mechanism in Patients Undergoing Total Knee Arthroplasty
Objective:To investigate the application effect of operating room nursing intervention under safety risk defense mechanism in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Method:A total of 80 patients with TKA admitted to Huai'an First People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given operating room nursing intervention under safety risk defense mechanism. The nursing risk events, circulatory function and postoperative complications were compared between two groups.Result:The incidence of nursing risk events and complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The heart rate(HR)in the observation group 30 min after operation and at the end of operation were lower than those in the control group, and the mean arterial pressure(MAP)were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of operating room nursing intervention under safety risk defense mechanism for TKA patients can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing risk events and postoperative complications, and stabilize the circulatory function.
