摘要
目的:探讨研究宣白承气汤治疗脓毒症致急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的效果.方法:选取2022年6月—2023年12月南京市中西医结合医院收治的62例脓毒症致ARDS患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和试验组,每组各31例.对照组给予常规药物治疗,试验组给予宣白承气汤治疗.分析两组治疗效果、中医症候积分、氧化应激指标[丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)]、不良反应发生情况.结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,试验组中医症候积分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,试验组MDA低于对照组,SOD、GSH-PX高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:宣白承气汤治疗脓毒症致ARDS效果确切,可明显减轻临床症状,有效调节氧化应激反应.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Xuanbai Chengqi Tang on the treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)caused by sepsis and its impact on oxidative stress-related indicators.Method:62 patients with sepsis induced ARDS admitted to the Nanjing Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from June 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,while the experimental group was treated with Xuanbai Chengqi Tang.The treatment effects,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,oxidative stress indicators[malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX)],and the occurrence of adverse reaction of the two groups were analyzed.Result:The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the MDA in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,while SOD and GSH-PX were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the comparison of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xuanbai Chengqi Tang has a definite effect on treating ARDS caused by sepsis,can significantly alleviate clinical symptoms,effectively regulate oxidative stress response.
