从留萼木[Blachia pentzii(Müll.Arg.)Benth.]叶体积分数95%乙醇提取物中分离和鉴定出12个化合物,分别为原儿茶醛(1)、丁香醛(2)、5-羟甲基糠醛(3)、去氢吐叶醇(4)、东莨菪内酯(5)、勾儿茶素(6)、3,3',4-邻三甲基鞣花酸(7)、壬二酸(8)、熊果酸(9)、木栓酮(10)、β-谷甾醇(11)和豆甾醇(12).这些化合物均为首次从留萼木属(Blachia Baill.)植物中分离得到.
Abstract
Twelve compounds were isolated and identified from the volume fraction of 95%ethanol extract of the leaves of Blachia pentzii(Müll.Arg.)Benth.,namely protocatechualdehyde(1),syringaldehyde(2),5-hydroxymethylfurfural(3),dehydrovomifoliol(4),scopoletin(5),berchemolide(6),3,3',4-O-trimethylellagic acid(7),azelaic acid(8),ursolic acid(9),friedelin(10),β-sitosterol(11),and stigmasterol(12).These compounds are isolated from Blachia Baill.for the first time.
