荞麦是一种重要的杂粮兼药用作物,在我国国民经济中占有重要的地位.随着人们对天然无污染的保健食品及食疗作物的普遍重视,荞麦市场需求量日益增加.构建高产、优质、高效、生态、安全的荞麦生产体系成为荞麦产业发展的重要课题.为此,介绍了我国荞麦目前的生产概况,重点综述了荞麦在播期、密度调节,施肥及化学调控等方面的栽培技术,阐述了荞麦在逆境胁迫和光合生理方面的研究进展.针对荞麦的生产现状及产业发展趋势,提出了今后的重点研究方向.
Research Progress on Cultivation in Buckwheat
The buckwheat is an important cereal and medicinal plant which occupies an important position in the national economy.With the emphasis on natural and unpolluted healthy food and food therapy crop,the market requirement of buckwheat is increasingly growing.It is important for our country' s industrial development of a highyield,good-quality,high-efficiency,ecological and safe production system of buckwheat.Therefore,this paper introduces general description of production in buckwheat and focuses on the cultivation technique in sowing date,density,fertilization and chemical regulation.The paper also discusses the progress in adversity stress and photosynthetic physiology.Based on the production reality and development trends of buckwheat,the emphasis and orientation of future research are also put forward in this paper.
