辽宁省粳稻品种的遗传多样性与群体结构分析

为阐明辽宁省育成粳稻的亲缘关系,以辽宁省9个育种单位育成的58个粳稻品种为材料,利用54对SSR分子标记对其进行遗传多样性和群体结构分析.结果表明,54对SSR引物中共有48对引物存在多态性,多态性引物占比88.89%.48对多态性引物共检测到150个等位基因,每个位点检测等位基因(Na)变异范围为2~6,平均为3.13;基因多样性指数(H)变异范围为0.03~0.78,平均为0.33;多态性信息含量(PIC)变异范围为0.03~0.74,平均为0.29.通过对不同育种单位育成品种对比分析发现,辽宁省盐碱地利用研究所育成品种的遗传多样性水平较高,平均PIC为0.30,平均H为0.34,而铁岭市农业科学院育成品种的多样性水平较低,平均PIC为0.11,平均H为0.14.NJ聚类分析表明,58个品种可以划分成3个类群,其中丹东农业科学院育成的丹粳系列与铁岭市农业科学院育成的铁粳系列分别位于类群Ⅰ和Ⅲ.基于模型的群体遗传结构分析表明,58个粳稻可以分为2个类群,其中32个材料属于类群A,26个材料属于类群B.
Analysis on Genetic Diversity and Population Structure for Japonica Rice Varieties in Liaoning Province
To clarify the genetic relationship of japonica rice in Liaoning province,genetic diversity and population structure of 58 japonica rice varieties from nine breeding units in Liaoning province were analyzed using 54 pairs of SSR molecular markers.The results showed that among the 54 SSR primers,a total of 48 primers were polymorphic,accounting for 88.89%.A total of 150 alleles were detected by 48 polymorphic primers,and the alleles(Na)per locus ranged from 2 to 6 with the mean value of 3.13.The gene diversity indices(H)varied from 0.03 to 0.78 with an average of 0.33.The polymorphism information content(PIC)was changed from 0.03 to 0.74 with the average of 0.29.Comparative analysis of varieties bred by different breeding units,the genetic diversity of rice varieties from Liaoning Institute of Saline-Alkali Land Utilization was highest,the average PIC and the H were 0.30 and 0.34,respectively,while the Tieling Academy of Agricultural Sciences was lowest,the average PIC and the average Hwere 0.11 and 0.14,respectively.NJ cluster showed that 58 varieties could be divided into three groups,the"Dangeng"rice bred by Dandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences and"Tiegeng"rice bred by Tieling Academy of Agricultural Sciences were grouped Ⅰ and Ⅲ,respectively.The genetic structure analysis was performed based on model,58 rice varieties could be divided into two groups,32 of which belonged to group A and 26 belonged to group B.
