燕麦刈割期农艺与品质性状差异及其与再生性能的关系

Differences in Agronomic and Quality Traits of Oat at Cutting Time and Their Relationships with Regeneration Performance

以50个燕麦材料为研究对象,研究了燕麦农艺性状及饲草品质对其刈割再生性能的影响.结果表明,农艺性状中旗叶叶面积和饲草干物质量变异较大(CV>15%),叶绿素含量变异较小(CV=6.69%);品质性状中粗脂肪、中性洗涤纤维、钙和磷含量变异较大(CV>15%).相关分析显示,旗叶叶面积、叶绿素含量、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、可溶性糖、钙、磷含量均与燕麦再生性能呈显著正相关.对燕麦产量和品质分别进行聚类分析显示,在气候环境较差的地区,建议种植产量较高的陇燕3号、G138、Haywire、远杂1号、蒙燕1号、坝莜18号、定燕2号、G142、G144、林纳和燕科2号品种;在水热资源充沛的地区,建议种植品质较高的青引3号、青引 1号、燕科2号、贝勒、莫妮达、白燕8号、加燕7号、白燕19号、燕科1号、内燕5号和坝莜3号品种.
The 50 oat materials were taken as the research objects to find out the effects of oat agronomic traits and forage quality on its cutting and regeneration performance.The results showed that the variation of flag leaf area and dry matter mass were large(CV>15%)and the variation of chlorophyll content was small(CV=6.69%);The contents of crude fat,neutral detergent fiber,calcium and phosphorus in quality traits were significantly different(CV>15%).Correlation analysis showed that,flag leaf area,chlorophyll content,contents of crude protein,crude fat,soluble sugar,calcium and phosphorus were significantly positively correlated with oat regeneration performance.Cluster analysis of yield and quality showed that Longyan 3,G138,Haywire,Yuanza 1,Mengyan 1,Bayou 18,Dingyan 2,G142,G144,Linna and Yanke 2 with high yield were recommended to be planted in areas with poor climate environment;In areas with abundant water and heat resources,it is recommended to plant the oats with high quality such as Qingyin 3,Qingyin 1,Yanke 2,Beile,Monida,Baiyan 8,Jiayan 7,Baiyan 19,Yanke 1,Neiyan 5 and Bayou 3.
