早稻叠盘出苗育秧机插的秧苗质量及产量研究

针对早稻机插育秧的出苗不整齐、成秧率低及秧苗质量差等问题,研究早稻机插叠盘出苗育秧(T)与传统育秧(不叠盘,NT)的秧苗质量及产量差异.结果表明,与NT处理相比,T处理出苗提前4~6d,出苗率提高22.8%.T处理的秧苗成秧率为75.0%,较NT处理(61.7%)显著提高13.3个百分点.与NT处理相比,T处理的秧苗株高降低1.4cm,叶龄和绿叶数分别增加0.26和0.27;株高、叶龄及绿叶数均匀度分别提高7.9、9.2和3.3个百分点;产量提高10.7%,产量提高主要是有效穗数和穗总粒数的提高.
Study on Seedling Quality and Yield of Machine Transplanting Early Rice with the Seedling Raising of Overlayed-Tray Emergence
Focusing on the problems of irregular seedling emergence,low rate of seedling growth and weak seedling,the differences of the seedling quality and yield of early rice seedling of overlayed-tray emergence by machine transplanting(T)and traditional seedling rearing(NT)were compared.The results showed that compared with NT treatment,the emergence of T treatment was 4-6 days earlier,and the emergence rate was increased by 22.8%.The seedling establishment rate of T treatment was 75.0%,which was 13.3 percent higher than that of NT treatment(61.7%).Compared with NT treatment,T treatment reduced plant height by 1.4 cm,leaf age and green leaf number increased by 0.26 and 0.27,respectively.Plant height,leaf age and number of green leaf uniformity were increased by 7.9,9.2 and 3.3 percent,respectively.The yield was increased by 10.7%,mainly due to the increase of effective panicle number and grain number per panicle.
