吉林省73份审定水稻品种的表型性状遗传多样性研究

为了解吉林省水稻品种的表型性状多样性水平,通过变异系数(CV)、遗传多样性指数(H')及聚类分析等方法对吉林省近年审定的73份水稻品种的39个表型性状进行了分析.结果表明,吉林省近年来审定的水稻品种植株生长习性以半直立为主,倒二叶及剑叶姿态多为直立到半直立,穗抽出良好、姿态轻度下弯,二次枝梗类型少;谷粒阔卵形、颖壳浅黄色,糙米椭圆形;大多数品种的抗病性表现为穗瘟感病、苗瘟中感、叶瘟中抗,纹枯病中感,白叶枯病中抗.糙米率的CV最小,垩白度的最大;株高的H'最大,糙米长宽比的最小,不同性状的CV和H'表现并不一致.23个数量性状中74个相关系数达到显著或极显著水平,其中穗长、谷粒长与多个性状呈极显著正相关或极显著负相关,糙米长、糙米长宽比及千粒重之间互相呈极显著正相关,糙米率、精米率、整精米率互为极显著正相关.通过聚类分析,73份水稻品种被划分为4个类群,类群Ⅰ代表高秆大穗、偏长粒型的品种;类群Ⅱ代表茎秆粗壮、分蘖力强、稳产性好的品种;类群Ⅲ代表产量高但稻米外观品质一般的品种;类群Ⅳ占比50.7%,代表产量一般、穗小但稻米外观品质好的品种.主成分分析表明,前9个主成分的累计贡献率为79.170%,其中第1主成分和第2主成分均与产量性状有关,累计贡献率达33.870%.
Genetic Diversity Study of Phenotypic Traits of 73 Rice Varieties by Approved in Jinlin Province
In order to understand the phenotypic trait diversity level of rice varieties in Jilin province,39 phenotypic traits of 73 rice varieties approved in Jilin province in recent years were analyzed by means of variation coefficient,genetic diversity index(H')and cluster analysis.The results showed that,the growth habits of rice varieties approved in Jilin province in recent years were mainly semi-erect,the angle of last second leaf and flag leaf was mostly upright to semi-erect,the exsertion of panicle was well and it's angle was slightly bent,the type of secondary branches was few;broadly ovate grain,light yellow glume,oval brown rice.Most varieties were sensitive to panicle blast,moderate sensitive leaf blast at seedling stage,moderate resistant to leaf blast,moderate sensitive to sheath wilt and moderate resistant to white leaf blight.The variation coefficient(CV)of brown rice rate was the smallest,and that of chalkiness was the greatest.The H'of plant height was the largest,and that of length and width ratio of brown rice was the smallest.They were inconsistent in H'and CV.Among the 23 quantitative traits,74 correlation coefficients reached significant or extremely significant levels,among which panicle length and grain length were significantly positively or negatively correlated with many traits.Brown rice length,brown rice ratio of length-width and 1000-grain weight were significantly positively correlated with each other;and brown rice rate,milled rice rate and whole milled rice rate were significantly positively correlated with each other.Through cluster analysis,73 rice varieties were divided into four groups.Group Ⅰ represented tall culm,large panicle and long grain varieties.Group Ⅱ represented the varieties with strong stem,strong tillering ability and good stable yield.Group Ⅲ represented the varieties with high yield but ordinary rice appearance quality.Group Ⅳ accounted for 50.7%,representing the ordinary yield,small panicle but good rice appearance quality of rice varieties.The results of principal component analysis indicated that the nine principal components had a cumulative contribution rate of 79.170%.The yield traits were associated with the first two principal components,which had a cumulative contribution rate of 33.870%.
