气象因子与向日葵DUS测试测量型性状的关系

为明确主要气象因子与向日葵开花期等DUS测试测量型数量性状的关系,于2017-2022年连续6年在内蒙古巴彦淖尔市定点调查了气象数据和4个向日葵品种DUS测试性状数据,利用方差分析的方法对各品种DUS测试测量型数据年度间变化规律进行研究,后通过相关性分析明确向日葵数量性状与气象因子间的关系,利用逐步回归和通径分析的方法筛选出主要影响气象因子.结果发现,对开花期、叶片大小、株高和花盘大小影响最大的气象因子是温度和水分,而光照仅对开花期有一定影响;对籽粒厚度和籽粒大小影响最大的是最低温度和相对湿度.
Relationship between Meteorological Factors and DUS Test Measurement Traits of Sunflower
To clarify the relationship between major meteorological factors and DUS testing traits of sunflower,a study was conducted from 2017 to 2022 in Bayannur,Inner Mongolia.Meteorological data and DUS testing traits of four sunflower varieties were investigated at the fixed location.The variance analysis method was used to study the annual changes of DUS testing traits of each variety,and then the correlation analysis was conducted to clarify the relationship between sunflower quantitative traits and meteorological factors.The stepwise regression and path analysis methods were used to screen out the major influencing meteorological factors.It was found that temperature and moisture were the most important meteorological factors affecting flowering period,leaf size,plant height,and head size,while light had only a certain impact on flowering period.The major meteorological factors affecting seed thickness and seed size were minimum temperature and average relative humidity.
