Identification of Disease Resistance-Related Genes of Wheat Cultivars(Lines)in Southeastern Shanxi by KASP Assays
In order to clarify the distribution of resistance genes in wheat varieties(lines)in southeastern Shanxi,seven pairs of KASP markers relating stripe rust,leaf rust and powdery mildew resistance genes were used for gene detection of 47 varieties(lines)in southeastern Shanxi.The results showed that in all 47 tested materials,40 materials contained the leaf rust resistance gene Lr14a,accounting for 85.1%of the total materials;Leaf rust resistance gene Lr34 was not detected;The leaf rust resistance gene Lr46 was detected in four materials,accounting for 8.5%of the total materials;There were 12 materials containing leaf rust resistance gene Lr68,accounting for 25.5%of the total materials;No stripe rust resistance gene Yr15 was detected;Only one material contained powdery mildew resistance gene Pm21.Among the six resistance genes detected,only one material(16-7885)contained three genes(Lr14a,Lr46,Lr68),and all of them were leaf rust resistance genes.There were 14 materials containing two resistance genes,in which 11 materials(Chang 4853,Chang 5553,12-9499,16-7381,16-7527,17-9627,17-6665,17-7103,17-6925,17-6755,17-9467)contained two leaf rust resistance genes(Lr14a and Lr68),two materials(Chang 6359,Chang 6990)contained two leaf rust resistance genes(Lr14a and Lr46),one material(17-6891)contained powdery mildew resistance gene Pm21 and leaf rust resistance gene Lr46.
