摘要

育种目标的精准定位是育种设计重要环节,优良育种基础群体的构建是决定育种结果成败的关键.根据黄淮海玉米生产实际情况,以拓宽的国内种质为基础,本土化国外种质为核心,两杂融合的组配模式为手段,选育出配合力高、抗病能力强的自交系JS151040和JS161137,二者杂交育成玉米新品种苏科玉076,该品种丰产性和稳产性好,抗逆能力强,综合了国内和国外品种的优良特征特性,适宜在黄淮海区域推广种植.

Abstract

The accurate orientation of breeding target is an important link in top-level design of breeding,and the construction of excellent breeding base population is the key to determine the success or failure of breeding results.According to the actual situation of maize production in Huang-Huai-Hai region,taking the domestic germplasms as the basis,the domesticated foreign germplasms as the core,and the hybrid combination mode as mean,the inbred lines JS151040 and JS161137 with high combining ability and strong disease resistance were bred.Furthermore,JS151040 and JS161137 were crossed to create the novel maize variety Sukeyu 076,which is appropriate for planting in the Huang-Huai-Hai region.
