摘要

马铃薯是宁夏重要的粮食和经济作物,而马铃薯病毒病会对其产量和品质产生显著影响,种薯脱毒成为防治马铃薯病毒病的最主要途径.为了解宁夏马铃薯脱毒种薯的病毒情况及其发生趋势,2019-2023年在宁夏马铃薯主要脱毒种薯生产县(区、农垦)共采集1105份脱毒试管苗、原原种、原种和一级种等各类型种薯,应用DAS-ELISA技术检测,筛查危害马铃薯最严重的6种病毒(PLRV、PVY、PVA、PVS、PVM和PVX)携带情况.结果表明,6种马铃薯病毒在宁夏生产的马铃薯种薯中均有携带,不同地区携带的种类有所不同,其中PLRV检出率最高,达到了 4.16%,PVY、PVA、PVS和PVM检出率分别为3.98%、3.80%、3.62%和2.17%,PVX检出率最低,仅为1.63%.种薯中携带一种病毒(11.12%)和多种病毒(2.97%)情况同时存在,但是种薯整体病毒侵染率呈现逐年下降的趋势.

Abstract

Potato is an important food and cash crop in Ningxia,one of the primary factors influencing potato productivity and quality is potato virus disease,and the most effective method of controlling potato virus disease is detoxifying seed potato.In order to investigate the virus-carrying situation of virus-free seed potato and to clarify the occurrence trend of seed potato virus diseases in Ningxia,a total of 1105 seed potato samples,including virus-free test-tube seedlings,breeder seed,pedigree seed,first-degree species and other types of potato were collected from major virus-free seed potato production counties(districts,farms)of Ningxia from 2019 to 2023,and then all the samples were detected to determine the carrying status of the six most serious viruses(PLRV,PVY,PVA,PVS,PVM and PVX)by DAS-ELISA technology.The results showed that six kinds of potato viruses were carried in all tested potato produced in Ningxia,and there was an obvious regional difference.The detection rate of PLRV was the highest among all the virus,up to 4.16%,followed by PVY(3.98%),PVA(3.80%),PVS(3.62%)and PVM(2.17%),the PVX was the lowest,only 1.63%.The presence of a single virus(11.12%)and multiple viruses(2.97%)existed simultaneously in seed potato,but overall virus carrying rate of seed potato showed a decreasing trend year by year.
