面向连铸的光纤分布式感知测温技术研究

当前我国"双碳"重大战略目标的提出伴随着工业4。0 产业应用的突破,促使钢铁工业智能化、绿色化改造与发展。绿色智能冶金的发展趋势,对连续铸钢过程铸坯与设备的动态信息获取提出更高要求。分布式光纤测温技术的发展,使高温、电磁扰动以及粘弹塑等极端环境条件下,以高测量频率获取高空间分辨率信息得以实现。本文综述了光纤测温技术原理和分类、光纤测温技术在冶金工业的国内外应用以及分布式光纤测温技术在连铸工业的研究进展,总结了分布式光纤测温技术在连铸工业的发展方向,为数字化信息获取提供裨益与帮助,促进连铸结晶器数字感知信息获取的快速发展。
Development of fiber-optic distributed temperature measurement technology for continuous casting
The proposal of China's major"dual carbon"strategic goals is accompanied by breakthroughs in the application of Industry 4.0,promoting the intelligent and green transformation and development of the steel industry.The development trend of green intelligent metallurgy poses higher requirements for the dynamic information acquisition of continuous steel casting process billets and equipment.The development of fiber-optic distributed temperature measurement technology enables the acquisition of high spatial resolution information at high measurement frequencies under extreme environmental conditions such as high temperatures,electromagnetic disturbances,and viscoelasticity.This article summarizes the principles and classifications of fiber optic temperature measurement technology,the domestic and international applications of fiber optic temperature measurement technology in the metallurgical industry,and the research progress of fiber optic distributed temperature measurement technology in the continuous casting industry.The article summarizes the development direction of fiber optic distributed temperature measurement technology in the continuous casting industry,which provides benefits and assistance for digital information acquisition,and promote the rapid development of digital perception information acquisition for continuous casting crystallizers.
