Research on stress influencing factors of coupling lamination assembly
To issue fracture events in coupling laminated components often occur first from the outermost layer or only from the outermost layer, the stress influencing factors of laminated components were researched.By establishing a finite element simulation model for laminated couplings, the stress distribution of laminated components were researched under bolt preload load and torque load,as well as the influence of bolt preload and outermost layer thickness on the stress value at the crack location of the outermost layer of lamination assembly. The results show that the stress on the outermost layer of the lamination assembly is the highest, gradually decreasing towards the inner layer. The stress value at the crack location of the outermost laminate decreases with the increase of the thickness of the outermost laminate layer. The research proposes setting the thickness of the outermost layer of the laminate to below 1.2 mm,which can effectively reduce the stress level of the outermost layer of the laminate.
