Control parameter calculation method research of double eccentric pendulum flying shear based on target cut length
In this paper,the constant shear principle of the double eccentric pendulum flying shear is studied in depth,and the calculation model of the target cut length is established,and the driving control parameter calculation method of double eccentric pendulum flying shear based on target cut length is formed.Set the crankshaft rotation angular velocity curve,establish the velocity equation,and the crankshaft rotation angular velocity is analyzed and solved.The control parameters such as angular acceleration,acceleration and decelera-tion time,uniform rotation angular velocity,and uniform operation holding time are obtained.Through program-ming and control calculation verification for the double eccentric pendulum flying shear machine of a continuous galvanizing unit for automotive plate,the calculation speed is fast and the precision is high,it can meet the en-gineering requirement completely.
