Calculation and compensation method of static hydraulic force on poppet valve
To study the fault of the spring of taper solenoid directional valve unable to push the valve core,the theoretical value of the static hydraulic force for the valve core was calculated using the momentum theorem,and an optimization scheme for the valve core was proposed.The paper calculates the pressure cloud map and velocity vector map before and after optimizing the valve core by CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics),the optimal geometry parameters of valve core are determined based on analysis results.The simulation result shows the jet angle of optimized poppet increased and the pressure drop reduction at the same situation.
