Cause analysis and measures of low welding temperature alarm of narrow lap welding machine
The alarm fault of low welding temperature of welding machine often occurs in the cold rolling continuous return production line of an iron and steel plant,which leads to the rewelding or even shutdown of the strip steel of the continuous production line,affects the operation efficiency of the production line,and produces a large number of strip products at the same time,which has brought serious economic losses to the company.This article elaborates on the low welding temperature curve alarm accident of welding machine after welding the strip steel.Firstly,it introduces the basic principle of narrow lap welding machine and the key parameters that affect its welding.Secondly,it analyzes the causes of the low alarm of the welding temperature curve of the welding machine which occurs frequently in the continuous return production line,and analyzes the two main reasons:the accuracy of the installation position of the electrode wheel and the surface state of the electrode wheel.Thirdly,further improvement measures are taken for the installation position accuracy of the electrode wheel and the surface state of the electrode wheel.Finally,the alarm problem of low welding temperature of narrow lap welding machine is summarized.
