This paper provides an in-depth analysis of key issues such as data integration,task breakdown and tracking,resource matching and dynamic scheduling in the process of integrating design,manufacturing,operation and maintenance of complex heavy equipment products,and proposes innovative solutions for each type of problem.Through the division of data subject areas and integrated modeling,efficient management and utilization of data is achieved;with the help of task breakdown technology,granular evaluation and design,task coupling,and change reorganization,the task execution process is optimized and work efficiency is improved;a prediction model for task time,quality,and cost is established,and the"task-resource"matching method is optimized to improve resource utilization efficiency.These integrated optimization technologies provide solid support for design,manufacturing,operation and maintenance services,effectively improve production efficiency and collaborative effects,and lay a solid foundation for subsequent networked collaborative design and manufacturing research.
