This article analyzes the current situation of non-standard reducer manufacturing.In the current situation of unprecedented market competition,users put forward strict requirements for products with low prices,short delivery times,and high quality,non-standard gear reducer manufacturing enterprises face comprehensive and systematic competition in product design,pricing and technology,quality control,and service improvement.Traditional technology and management methods are no longer able to meet user needs.So a"three intelligent"technical framework was proposed,and explained the technical structure,connotations,and implementation route of intelligent design,intelligent manufacturing,and intelligent service.It clarifies that the ultimate goal of"three intelligences"is to establish an"unmanned factory",the unmanned factory can reduce dependence on humans,improve product quality and production efficiency.This can serve as a standard technical framework for the"intelligent and digital transformation"of traditional mechanical manufacturing enterprises.
