Application of fusion model to predict hot metal temperature at ironmaking and steelmaking interface
The ironmaking and steelmaking interface is an important process connecting ironmaking and steelmaking.Timely understanding of the changes in hot metal temperature and obtaining the range of hot metal temperature in torpedo tank car half an hour in advance provides strong guidance for the follow-up work on site.Accurately predicting the hot metal temperature is of great significance for achieving ultimate carbon reduction and cost reduction and efficiency enhancement at the interface. In order to solve the limitation of the mechanism model in predicting the hot metal temperature at the interface,a variety of data models were developed based on the actual data of a domestic steel enterprise.Compared with the mechanism model, the overall hit rate of the data model was increased by1.13%.According to the heat transfer characteristics and the actual situation of the field, the mechanism model and the data model were fused to form series model and parallel model to predict the hot metal temperature. The overall hit rate of the series model is 93.89%in practical application, and that of the parallel model is 94.26%,which are higher than that of other models.
