液压缸在出厂试验时,制造厂通常采用压降检测法来判断液压缸内泄漏是否合格.然而,对不同规格液压缸,在不同温度下普遍使用相同的性能指标.国家标准规定的液压缸内泄漏检测方法并未考虑油液温度、油液动力粘度和液压缸伸出缩回体积变化等因素.本文提出了一种优化的压降法来检测液压缸内泄漏.通过将多项式拟合的液压缸内泄漏量函数表达式加入温度修正函数,从而推导出液压缸内泄漏量与压降的数学表达式.试验结果表明,相较于传统的压降检测法,优化的压降法能更快速且相对准确地测试液压缸内泄漏是否符合出厂验收要求,更适用于冶金行业大批量液压缸的内泄漏出厂测试.
Optimization of leakage detection method for hydraulic cylinder considering oil temperature
Hydraulic cylinders usually determine whether the leakage inside the hydraulic cylinder is qualified by pressure drop detection method to when leaving the factory.However,for hydraulic cylinders of different specifications,the same performance indicators are commonly used at different temperatures.The internal leakage detection method for hydraulic cylinders specified by national standards does not take into account factors such as oil temperature,oil dynamic viscosity,and hydraulic cylinder extension and retraction volume change.So this paper proposes an optimized pressure drop method to detect internal leakage of hydraulic cylinders.It deduces the mathematical expression of hydraulic cylinder leakage and pressure drop by adding the temperature correction function to the hydraulic cylinder leakage function expression fitted from the polynomial.The results show that the optimized pressure drop method,compared to traditional pressure drop detection methods,can more quickly and relatively accurately test whether the internal leakage of hydraulic cylinders meets the factory requirements,and it is more suitable for a large quantities of hydraulic cylinders factory testing in the metallurgical industry.
