Optimization design of gear pair transmission based on intelligent algorithm
To optimize the gear structure of a two-stage involute cylindrical gear reducer,based on the gear strength calculation standards and relevant theories of mechanical structure optimization design,the parameters that have a significant influence on gear contact strength and bending strength were analyzed.With the minimum center distance as the objective function,the gear strength and size as the constraint conditions,a mathematical model for the optimization two-stage involute cylindrical gear transmission structure was established.The paper conducts multi-objective optimization on parameters such as tooth number,modulus,and spiral angle based on genetic algorithm,the optimized minimum center distance of gear is reduced by 28.99%,and effectively improves the space utilization rate.Meanwhile,the research results can provide the basis for intelligent design and intelligent manufacturing.
