基于烧结机头粉尘特性理论的电除尘器灰斗结块燃烧研究

某钢厂烧结机机头电除尘器除尘灰灰斗发生了结块燃烧现象,影响了机头电除尘器运行。针对烧结机机头电除尘器除尘灰的粉尘特性进行研究,通过检测分析粉尘的含水量、成分、含碳量及粒径分布等,明晰烧结机头电除尘器灰斗结块燃烧原因,并提出基于烧结机头粉尘特性理论的电除尘器灰斗结块燃烧解决措施。研究表明:除尘器灰斗粉尘中水碳成分、碱金属氧化物以及微细粉尘占比较高,且一电场到三电场含量都呈现递增态势,从而导致除尘器灰斗中出现结块燃烧现象。由此提出烧结配料控制湿度6%~8%之间以及电除尘器灰斗增加声波吹灰器的结块燃烧解决措施,可为治理机头电除尘器除尘灰灰斗结块燃烧提供借鉴。
Research on agglomeration combustion of dust hoppers in electrostatic precipitators based on the theory of sintering machine head dust characteristics
The ash hopper of the electrostatic precipitator at the sintering machine head of a certain steel plant experienced agglomeration and combustion,which affected the operation of the electrostatic precipitator at the machine head.This article focuses on the dust characteristics of the dust removed by the electrostatic precipitator at the sintering machine head.By detecting and analyzing the moisture content,composition,carbon content,and particle size distribution of the dust,the reasons for the agglomeration and combustion of the ash hopper in the sintering machine head electrostatic precipitator are clarified.Based on the theory of dust characteristics at the sintering machine head,solutions for the agglomeration and combustion of the ash hopper in the electrostatic precipitator are proposed.Research has shown that the proportion of water carbon,alkali metal oxides,and fine dust in the dust of the dust collector hopper is high,and the content of the first to third electric fields shows an increasing trend,leading to the occurrence of agglomeration combustion in the dust collector hopper.Therefore,it is proposed to control the humidity between 6%and 8%for sintering ingredients and to add a sonic blower to the ash hopper of the electrostatic precipitator to solve the problem of agglomeration combustion,which can provide reference for the treatment of agglomeration combustion in the dust hopper of the machine head electrostatic precipitator.
