轧辊-轴承系统动力学特性及轧制参数影响实验研究

改变轧制速度、压下量和轧件尺寸三个轧制参数,在卧式二辊实验轧机上进行复合材料层合板轧制实验。通过加速度传感器和轧制力传感器采集和测量轧辊-轴承系统的动态响应和轧制力,对测试结果进行对比分析,获得压下量、轧制速度和轧件尺寸对轧辊-轴承系统动力学特性的影响规律。结果表明,轧制速度、压下量和轧件尺寸对轧辊-轴承系统的动力学特性有重要影响,其中,轧制速度对轧辊-轴承系统动力学特性影响最大。研究结果对改善轧辊-轴承系统的动力学特性、抑制轧机振动和改善轧件质量具有重要意义。
Study on dynamic characteristics of roll-bearing system and influence of rolling parameter
By changing the rolling speed,the amount of depression and the size of the rolling piece,the rolling parameters of the composite laminate were carried out on the horizontal two-high experimental rolling mill.The dynamic response and rolling force of the roll-bearing system are acquired and measured by accelerometers and rolling force sensors,and the test results are compared and analyzed,then the influence law of rolling speed,depression amount and rolling piece size on the dynamic characteristics of the roll-bearing system is obtained.The results show that the rolling speed,the amount of depression and the size of the rolling piece have an important influence on the dynamic characteristics of the roll-bearing system,and the rolling speed has the greatest influence on the dynamic characteristics of the roll-bearing system.The research results are of great significance for improving the dynamic characteristics of the roll-bearing system,suppressing the vibration of the rolling mill and improving the quality of the rolling parts.
