Research on the influencing factors of dynamic squeezing effect of oil-film clearance in elastic-pivot tilting-padbearings
To the problem that the vibration of tilting pads and dynamic changes of oil film clearance in high-speed rotorelastic-pivot tilting-pad bearing caused by internal and external excitation,an equivalent model of thesystem with rotor,oil-film,bearing pad and elastic-pivot was established.Based on the analysis of the vibration response of the rotor and bearing pad,the dynamic follow-up process between the rotor and elastic-pivot pad and the dynamic squeezing process of oil-film clearance were researched.And the influence of rotor mass and dynamic balance level,pad mass,elastic pivot stiffness and rotation speed under self-excitation,as well as disturbance parameters and elastic pivot stiffness under external excitation on the dynamic squeezing effect of the oil-film clearance in the elastic-pivottilting-padbearings were revealed.The results show that the dynamic balance level of the rotor and the stiffness of the elastic pivot have a significant impact on the dynamic oil-film clearance.Improving the dynamic balance level of the rotor and designing the stiffness of the elastic pivot with larger parameters can significantly reduce the vibration amplitude of the dynamic oil-film clearance of the elastic pivot pad under different excitation,and shorten the time for the rotor-pad system to recover stability after disturbance excitation.The dynamic minimum oil-film clearance shows a trend of first decreasing,then increasing,and then stabilizing with the increase of speed when the elastic-pad bearing system operates within the full speed range.Increasing the stiffness of the elastic pivot can significantly improve the minimum level of dynamic minimum oil-film clearance and enlarge its position at the speed it appears.This study has certain theoretical guidance significance for the designing elastic pivots oftilting-pads in high-speed bearing rotor systems.
