家庭的存在导致了严重且难以抵消的机会不平等,阻碍着机会平等的完全实现.由于机会平等的正义观必然贯穿社会制度和个人选择,它的完全实现就必然要求废除家庭.但是,家庭关系的建立和维持关系到人类某些重要的善,家庭所表征的偏倚性在人性中亦有其深刻根源.这些善就是成为具体而真实的人,拥有特殊的、区别于他人的价值感、意义感和身份认同,家庭在此意义上是人的构成性因素之一.然而,在通过教育、遗产等手段传递优势等方面,家庭又是人的外在环境.这种对家庭二重性的区分大大缓和了家庭与机会平等之间的矛盾.
Abstract
The existence of family leads to serious inequality of opportunity which are difficult to offset,hinders the fully realization of equality of opportunity.Since the conception of justice of equal opportunity necessarily permeates the social system and individual choice,its full realization necessarily requires the abolition of the family.However,the establishment and maintenance of familial relations involve some important goods of human beings,and the partiality represented by family also has its deep roots in human nature.These goods are to become concrete and real person,with a special sense of value,meaning and identity different from others.In this sense,family is one of the factors that constitute us.Family is also an outside environment in which advantages are transmitted through education,inheritance and other means.This distinction between the duality of the family greatly eases the contradiction between the family and equality of opportunity.
