Effects of infrared liver disease therapeutic apparatus combined with antiviral therapy and Qianggan pill on serum cytokines and liver fibrosis in elderly patients with chronic hepatitis B
Objective:To investigate the effects of infrared liver disease therapeutic apparatus combined with anti-virus treatment and Qianggan pill on serum cytokines and liver fibrosis in elderly patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods:A total of 107 elderly patients with CHB admitted to our outpatient department from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected for study.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,53 cases in the observation group and 54 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with antiviral therapy and Qianggan pill,while the observation group was treated with an infrared liver disease treatment instrument on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,serological and virological indicators,liver function indicators,liver fibrosis indicators,serum cytokines,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results:The total effective rate of core symptoms after treatment was 92.5%in the observation group,significantly higher than 75.9%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the ALT normalization rate,HBV DNA negative rate,and HBeAg negative rate were significantly higher in the observation group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of serum ALT,AST,and TBil in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum LN,HA,PC Ⅲ,and Ⅳ-C levels in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum levels of TGF-β1,IL-6,and TNF-α in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups had no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of antiviral therapy and Qianggan pill,infrared liver disease therapeutic instrument can achieve better clinical effects on elderly patients with CHB,effectively promote the serological and virological indicators to turn negative,improve liver function and liver fibrosis indicators,and reduce relevant inflammatory factors.
