消脂益肝方联合西格列汀对非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者肝功能及血脂水平的影响

摘要
目的:分析消脂益肝方联合西格列汀对非酒精性脂肪肝患者肝功能及血脂水平的影响.方法:选取 2020 年 1 月至2021 年12 月在我院治疗的82 例非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组40 例,研究组42 例,对照组患者采用西格列汀治疗,研究组患者采用消脂益肝方联合西格列汀治疗.观察两组患者治疗前后血脂水平、胰岛素功能、肝功能、炎症指标的变化及临床疗效.结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者 TC、LDL-C、ALT、AST、ALP、GGT、IL-6、TNF-α、CRP、FINS、HOMA-IR水平降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);HOMA-βF、HDL-C水平升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组临床疗效较高(P<0.05).结论:采用消脂益肝方联合西格列汀治疗,可改善非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者肝功能,降低患者血脂水平,临床使用效果较好.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of Lipid Elimination and Liver Benefit formula combined with selegiline on liver function and blood lipid level in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods:A total of 82 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group of 40 cases and a study group of 42 cases using a random number table method.The control group was treated with Sigliptin,while the study group was treated with Xiaozhi Yigan Formula combined with Sigliptin.Detect blood lipid levels,insulin function,liver function,inflammatory indicators,and clinical efficacy of each group of patients.Results:Compared with before treatment,TC,LDL-C,ALT,ALP,AST,GGT,IL-6,TNF in both groups of patients after treatment-α,CRP,FINS,HOMA-IR levels decrease,HOMA-β F.The HDL-C level increased,and the study group was lower/higher than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the clinical efficacy of the study group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Xiaozhi Yigan Formula and Xigliptin treatment can improve liver function and lower blood lipid levels in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and has a good clinical effect.
