基于CiteSpace的柴胡疏肝散文献研究可视化分析

目的:通过对柴胡疏肝散相关文献进行可视化分析,梳理柴胡疏肝散发展概况及研究热点.方法:检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)2003 年 1 月 1 日至2023 年1 月7 日收录的柴胡疏肝散研究文献.通过NoteExpress合并去重,采用CiteSpace 6.1.R6 软件对作者、机构、关键词绘制可视化图谱并进行解读.结果:纳入文献2 177 篇,发文量最多的作者是凌江红;各机构间合作较少;关键词分析提示研究内容主要集中在中西医联合治疗、动物实验等相关领域.结论:近20 年柴胡疏肝散研究发文量整体呈上升趋势.基于柴胡疏肝散改善患者生活质量以及通过网络药理学研究柴胡疏肝散的用药规律可能是未来研究的热点与方向.
Visual analysis of literature research on Chaihu Shugan Powder in the past 20 years
Objective:Visually analyze the relevant literature of Chaihu Shugan Powder in recent 20 years through CiteSpace 6.1.R6,and understand the development status and research focus of Chaihu Shugan Powder.Methods:The research articles of Chaihu Shugan Powder included in CNKI,Chinese Academic Periodicals Database(Wanfang Data),Chinese Scientific and Technological Periodicals Database(VIP)and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM)from January 1,2003 to January 7,2023 were searched.NoteExpress was used to merge and de-duplicate,and CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software was used to draw and interpret visual maps of authors,institutions,and keywords.Results:A total of 2 177 papers were included,and Ling Jianghong was the most prolific author;Less inter-agency cooperation.Keyword analysis indicates that the research content is mainly concentrated in the fields of combined treatment of Chinese and Western medicine,animal experiments,and other related fields.Conclusion:In the past 20 years,the research on Chaihu Shugan Powder has been very hot,and the overall number of papers has been increasing.Based on the improvement of the quality of life of patients with Chaihu Shugan Powder and the study of the medication rules of Chaihu Shugan Powder through network pharmacology are the focus and direction of future research.
