"肝为气之治"理论论治肝癌的思路

摘要
刘华宝教授是全国名中医,从医30 余年,长期从事中医治疗肝胆病临床和基础研究,积累了丰富的临证经验.刘华宝教授认为伏邪疫毒、酒毒、先天不足是导致癌毒初生的主要原因.癌毒长成时耗损阴阳,母病及子,子盗母气,相侮肺金,并提出"肝脾两脏一体""肝为气之治"理论阐述肝癌的致病特点,临证以燮理体用、清解癌毒、和络逐瘀为中医治则,体现出整体辨证,局部辨病,精准辨药的特点.
Abstract
Professor Liu Huabao,an illustrious luminary in the realm of traditional Chinese medicine,has dedicated over three decades to the meticulous study and treatment of hepatobiliary ailments.Amassing an extensive repository of clinical sagacity,Professor Liu posits that the insidious onset of carcinogenic viruses is primarily engendered by obscured pathogenic viruses,the pernicious effects of alcohol,and innate deficiencies.He elucidates the pathological quintessence of hepatic carcinomas through the doctrines of'spleen and liver integration'and'liver-treating qi'.In the sanctum of clinical praxis,Dr.Liu advocates for a triune protocol in traditional Chinese medicinal therapy:the expulsion of cancerous toxins,the purgation of cancerous elements,and the resolution of blood stasis.This culminates in the erudition of holistic syndrome differentiation,localized pathological discrimination,and the precision of pharmacological discernment.
