基于"肝为气之治"理论探讨肝硬化全病程中医防治机理及实践

摘要
本文围绕全国名中医刘华宝教授提出的"肝为气之治"探讨肝硬化的病因病机,从防重于治的前瞻谋划、多维度布局的用药特点,探讨肝硬化失代偿诊疗难点,提出肝硬化需重视风险评估及"多学科协作"构建慢性肝病管理模式等观点.以期提高中医对肝硬化的认识,并部分指导中西医结合精准治疗.
Abstract
This treatise scrutinizes the concept of"Liver restricts the Qi"as promulgated by the illustrious Professor Liu Huabao,an expert in traditional Chinese medicine of national renown,with the intent of delving into the causation and pathogenesis of liver cirrhosis.Viewing the matter through the prism of favoring prophylactic strategies over therapeutic reactions,and the intricacies inherent in the multi-faceted distribution of pharmacological solutions,the discussion herein addresses the formidable challenges that present themselves in the diagnosis and treatment of decompensated liver cirrhosis.It advocates for heightened vigilance in risk assessment and the establishment of an integrative"multidisciplinary collaborative"management framework for the continuum of chronic liver ailments.The aim of this exposition is to augment the comprehension of liver cirrhosis within the sphere of traditional Chinese medicine,and to some extent,shepherd the meticulous application of a synergistic approach combining traditional Chinese and Western medical practices.
