The effect of Gandouling tablets on the prognosis of Wilson's disease with phlegm and blood stasis in liver cirrhosis
Objective:To explore the effect of Gandouling tablets on the prognosis of Wilson's disease cirrhosis with phlegm and blood stasis accumulation.Methods:106 patients with Wilson's disease cirrhosis, hospitalized from April 2020 to April 2021,were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into observer group and control group based on the administration of Gandouling tablets. The two groups of patients were followed up regularly for 2 years. After the follow-up period, the survival rates of the two groups of patients were calculated.Kaplan Meier method was used to draw the patient survival curve, and log rank test was used for comparison.Based on patient survival outcomes, cox regression was used to analyze the risk factors for the prognosis of wilson's disease with cirrhosis. Results:Survival analysis showed that the 2-year survival rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Further analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference in survival rate between the two groups of patients in the Child Pugh grade A and B(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in survival rate between the two groups of patients in the C grade(P>0.05).Cox regression analysis showed that the course of disease,splenectomy,Child-Pugh score, and Ganduling tablets were independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of Wilson's disease with cirrhosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with Wilson's disease cirrhosis with phlegm and blood stasis accumulation have a long course of disease, splenectomy, high Child-Pugh score, and did not take Ganduling tablets, indicating a poor prognosis.Gandouling tablets can improve the survival rate of Wilson's disease cirrhosis patients with phlegm stasis, but this protective effect is limited to Children Pugh A and B grade patients.
