Effect of Jianpi Shugan Sanjie Decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture on Metabolic-dysfunction-associatedfatty liver disease and influence on liver function and blood lipid index
Objective:To explore the effect of Jianpi Shugan Sanjie Decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture on metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD)and its influence on liver function and blood lipid indexes of patients.Methods:100 cases of patients with MAFLD from January 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 50 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Jianpi Shugan Sanjie Recipe combined with abdominal acupuncture on the basis of conventional western medicine.The total effective rate,blood lipid index,liver function index,sleep status index and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 98.00%and 86.00%respectively,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,TC,TG and LDL-C in both groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05),while HDL-C in both groups increased after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,TC,TG and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while HDL-C in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of serum AST,ALT,TBA and TBil in both groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum AST,ALT,TBA and TBIL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the sleep latency of both groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05),the actual sleep duration of both groups prolonged after treatment(P<0.05),and the PSQI scores of both groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the sleep latency of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),the actual sleep duration of the observation group was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the scores of all factors of quality of life in both groups increased after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of all factors of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Shugan Sanjie Recipe combined with abdominal acupuncture can regulate the blood lipid level and improve the liver function of MAFLD patients,which has good curative effect and is beneficial to improve the sleep and quality of life of patients.
