Objective:To explore and verify the application effect of qi and blood Tonghua prescription in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients under the guidance of academic inheritance views.Methods:All patients with chronic hepatitis B were treated in Nanchang No.9 Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 and grouped for clinical control.There were 25 patients in each group.The control group was treated with entecavir,and the observation group was combined with Qi and blood prescription,and the efficacy was compared after 24 weeks of treatment.Results:The total bilirubin(total bilirubin,TBil)and liver hardness value(LSM)of the treatment observation group were lower than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the total symptom score of TCM in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P＜0.05).The overall incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.35％(3/69)and 7.25％(5/69)in the control group,without any significant difference(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Under the guidance of the academic view of"Qi and blood Tonghua",the treatment of entecavir and Qi and blood Tonghua prescription is more conducive to the improvement of liver fibrosis,total bilirubin,and symptoms,and improve the clinical efficacy.
