摘要
孙克伟教授在长期临床诊治中总结发现,多种肝病殊途同归,提出"补脾土,疏肝解郁""逐湿邪,热无所依""补先天,解毒祛邪""调气血,瘀滞得化""温脾阳,截断逆挽"的学术经验,临床应用效果显著.该文将从以上五法探析孙克伟教授辨证论治肝病经验,旨在为肝病中医诊疗提供参考和借鉴.
Abstract
In the long-term clinical diagnosis and treatment,Professor SUN Kewei summarized and found that a variety of liver diseases have the same destination by different ways,and put forward the academic experience of tonifying spleen and soil,relieving liver depression',expelling dampness evil,heat without any basis','tonifying congenital,detoxifying and eliminating evil','regulating qi and blood,removing blood stasis',warming spleen yang,cutting off and reversing.'The clinical application has shown significant effects.This article will analyze Professor Sun Kewei's experience in treating liver disease based on pattern identification from the above five methods,in order to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of liver disease in traditional Chinese medicine.
