Exploring the medication pattern of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for liver cirrhosis ascites using data mining
Objective:To explore the rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cirrhosis ascites by data mining method.Methods:The clinical studies on the treatment of cirrhosis ascites by traditional Chinese medicine from CNJI,Wanfang and Wipu databases were searched by computer,and the composition data of traditional Chinese medicine compounds in the past 10 years were collected and extracted.The frequency statistical analysis,cluster analysis and association rule analysis of traditional Chinese medicine data were carried out by TCMICS V3.0 software,and the core combinations were summarized.Results:A total of 457 literatures were retrieved,96 literatures were included according to the exclusion criteria,and 103 TCM compounds were sorted out,including 160 TCM flavors.The 4 drugs were mainly warm,cold and flat.The 5 tastes are mainly sweet,bitter and sinuous.The main drugs are spleen channel and liver channel;The main efficacy of the drug was tonifying deficiency,regulating dampness,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,regulating qi.Association analysis showed 16 groups of common drug combinations and 21 association rules.Four types of cluster combinations were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion:Ascites of liver cirrhosis is mainly the primary deficiency syndrome,the three viscera of liver,spleen and kidney are deficient,qi stagnation,blood stasis and water stasis are complicated.The medicine is mainly used for tonifying deficiency,and it is also used for qi,blood circulation,water benefit,both symptoms and root causes of treatment,and Gong tonifying and applying.
