Analysis of medication patterns in the treatment of postoperative gallbladder syndrome with traditional Chinese medicine based on data mining
Objective:To study the medication patterns of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of postoperative syndrome after cholecystectomy using data mining methods. Methods:Retrieve relevant literature on the treatment of adverse reactions after cholecystectomy with traditional Chinese medicine from the Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),Chinese Academic Journal Database(Wanfang),and National Knowledge Infrastructure Database(CNKI),establish a database using electronic spreadsheet software(Excel),and conduct frequency statistics on the included traditional Chinese medicine, nature, taste, meridian, and efficacy in the prescription.Create a matrix table, and import the matrix table into Spss Modeler 18 IBM Spss Statistics 26 performs association rule analysis, cluster analysis, and decision tree model analysis. Results:Through drug frequency analysis,30 high-frequency Chinese herbal medicines were obtained, including Chaihu,Baishao,Licorice,Atractylodes macrocephala,Yujin, etc. The high-frequency effects involved regulating qi,clearing heat, tonifying drugs, etc. The high-frequency meridians involved the spleen meridian, stomach meridian, lung meridian, liver meridian, heart meridian, gallbladder meridian, etc. The main flavor was cold and warm, hard and sweet. The analysis of association rules resulted in nine combinations of binomial association rules and six combinations of trinomial association rules.Cluster analysis yielded four types of drug combinations, and decision tree model analysis showed that Baishao was the best-recognized traditional Chinese medicine for Chaihu. Conclusion:Currently, the treatment of PCS patients still relies on syndrome differentiation and treatment as the fundamental diagnosis and treatment.Based on the clinical manifestations of the patients, prescriptions, and medication are selected, with the basic principle of"treating the gallbladder from the liver, strengthening the spleen and stomach, regulating the qi mechanism, and supplementing the qi in the process".
