Observing the effect of Dijialishui Tang combined with acupoint application and warm moxibustion on the type of Yinxushuiting liver cirrhosis ascites and the influence of inflammatory factors
Objective:Observing the effect of Dijialishui Tang combined with acupoint application and warm moxibustion on the type of Yinxushuiting liver cirrhosis ascites.Methods:Selecting 60 patients with liver cirrhosis ascites from January 2021 to March 2023,randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.They were given basic treatment,the treatment group added Dijialishui Tang,acupoint application and warm moxibustion once a day.Observing the clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,liver and kidney function,liver fibrosis,renal blood flow and inflammatory factors before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the clinical efficacy,liver and kidney function improvement and renal blood flow in the treatment group were higher,the TCM symptom score,liver fibrosis indicators and inflammatory factors were lower than the control group.The difference were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Dijialishui Tang combined with acupoint application and warm moxibustion treating liver cirrhosis ascites have good clinical efficacy and worthed clinical practice.
