摘要
目的:观察自拟肝脂灵汤联合谷胱甘肽对非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)患者肝功能、血脂及氧化应激指标水平的影响.方法:2019年10月至2022年10月收治的96例NAFLD患者采用随机数字表法分为两组.谷胱甘肽组患者(n=48)给予谷胱甘肽治疗,自拟方组患者(n=48)给予自拟肝脂灵汤联合谷胱甘肽治疗.评估两组患者中医证候积分、脂肪肝评分,检测两组患者肝功能、血脂及氧化应激指标水平,观察两组患者治疗效果.结果:两组患者治疗后中医证候积分、脂肪肝评分均较治疗前显著降低,且自拟方组患者中医证候积分和脂肪肝评分显著低于谷胱甘肽组患者(P<0.05).两组患者GGT、ALT、AST、ALP、MDA、TG、TC、LDL-C水平均较治疗前显著降低,且自拟方组患者显著低于谷胱甘肽组(P<0.05).两组患者SOD、T-AOC、HDL-C水平均较治疗前显著升高,且自拟方组患者显著高于谷胱甘肽组(P<0.05).自拟方组患者总有效率为91.67％(44/48)高于谷胱甘肽组患者的75.00％(36/48)(P<0.05).结论:自拟肝脂灵汤联合谷胱甘肽治疗NAFLD可减轻氧化应激反应,调节血脂,改善肝功能,提高疗效.
Abstract
Objective:Investigation of the effects of a self-developed hepatic lipid-reducing decoction combined with glutathione on liver function,lipid profiles,and oxidative stress markers in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).Methods:Ninety-eight patients with NAFLD admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2022 were selected as subjects and divided into two groups by envelope method:glutathione group (n=48)was given glutathione treatment,and the self-designed prescription group (n=48)was given self-designed Ganzhiding decoction combined with glutathione treatment.Syndrome score and fatty liver score were evaluated between the two groups.Differences in liver function,blood lipid and oxidative stress indexes were detected between the two groups,and the efficacy of abdominal B-ultrasound was analyzed.Results:The scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and fatty liver in the self formulated formula group and glutathione group were significantly lower than before treatment,and the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and fatty liver in the self formulated formula group were significantly lower than those in the glutathione group (P<0.05 ).The levels of GGT,ALT,AST,and ALP in the self formulated formula group and glutathione group were significantly lower than before treatment,and the levels of GGT,ALT,AST,and ALP in the self formulated formula group were significantly lower than those in the glutathione group (P<0.05).The levels of SOD and T-AOC in the self formulated formula group and glutathione group were significantly higher than before treatment,and the levels of SOD and T-AOC in the self formulated formula group were significantly higher than those in the glutathione group (P<0.05);The MDA levels in the self formulated formula group and the glutathione group were significantly lower than before treatment,and the MDA levels in the self formulated formula group were significantly lower than those in the glutathione group (P<0.05).The HDL-C levels in the self formulated formula group and the glutathione group were significantly higher than before treatment,and the HDL-C levels in the self formulated formula group were significantly higher than those in the glutathione group (P<0.05 );The levels of TG,TC,and LDL-C in the self formulated formula group and glutathione group were significantly lower than before treatment,and the levels of TG,TC,and LDL-C in the self formulated formula group were significantly lower than those in the glutathione group (P<0.05 ).The total effective rate of the self-made formula group was 91.67％(44/48),which was higher than 75.00％(36/48)of the glutathione group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Ganzhiling Decoction combined with glutathione in the treatment of NAFLD can reduce oxidative stress,regulate blood lipids,improve liver function and improve curative effect.
