摘要
目的:基于 CiteSpace工具,对麝香保心丸治疗冠心病的相关文献进行可视化分析,探索该领域的研究热点及发展趋势.方法:通过中国知网(CNKI)、万方(WanFang Data)、维普(VIP)中文数据库检索公开发表的麝香保心丸治疗冠心病的相关中文文献,检索时限为 2013年 1月 1日—2023年 1月 1日,应用CiteSpace 6.2.R4 软件对作者、机构和关键词绘制知识图谱并进行分析.结果:共纳入文献 940篇;纳入作者 263位,形成了分别以杨国亮、薛增明、王焕超、吴海霞为代表的 4 个研究团队;纳入机构 255 所,发文量排名前 3位的机构分别是河北医科大学第三医院、河北省清河县中医院、长春中医药大学附属医院;形成 9个关键词聚类,研究热点主要为不同中医证型的治疗、疗效及安全性、主要的评价指标;获取了 10个突现词,心功能、美托洛尔、高血压及炎性因子是近 5 年来该领域的研究热点.结论:麝香保心丸治疗冠心病的研究正处在快速发展时期,但是研究者和机构之间均未形成广泛而深入的联系,因此需要加强沟通合作.
Abstract
Objective:Based on CiteSpace tool,the literature of Shexiang Baoxin Pill for the treatment of coronary heart disease was visually analyzed,and the research hotspot and development trend in this field were explored.Methods:China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),WanFang Data,and Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP)were used to search the published Chinese literature of the treatment of coronary heart disease with Shexiang Baoxin Pills.The search period was from January 1,2013 to January 1,2023.CiteSpace 6.2.R4 software was used to draw and analyze the knowledge map of authors,institutions,and keywords.Results:A total of 940 articles and 263 authors were included.There were four research teams represented by Yang Guoliang,Xue Zengming,Wang Huanchao,and Wu Haixia.Among the 255 institutions included,the top 3 institutions with the number of documents were the Department of Pharmacy of the Third Hospital of Hebei Medical University,the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Qinghe County in Hebei Province,and the Department of Cardiology of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.There were 9 keywords clusters,the hotspots were mainly focused for the treatment,efficacy and safety of different traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types,and main evaluation indicators.Ten new key words were obtained,cardiac function,metoprolol,hypertension,and inflammatory factors were the research hotspots in this field in recent five years.Conclusion:The research for the treatment of coronary heart disease with Shexiang Baoxin Pills is in a period of rapid development,but there is no extensive contact between researchers and institutions,so it is necessary to strengthen communication and cooperation.
