Medication Rule of Nasal Therapy for Migraine Attack
Objective:To explore the medication rules of nasal therapy for migraine attacks based on data mining technology. Methods:China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Medical Network,VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP)were searched to establish the database.Data mining techniques(frequency analysis, association rules, cluster analysis)were used to analyze the included drugs. Results:A total of 38 clinical studies of nasal therapy in the treatment of migraine attacks were screened out, involving 38 prescriptions and 32 traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions, and the total frequency of drug use was 181 times. There were 7 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine with frequency≥6:Chuanxiong,borneol,Angelica Dahurica, asarum, notopterygium root, mint, and prepared polygala. The most popular drugs were antipyretic, invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis,awaking,interior-warming.The most popular properties and flavor were pungent-warm,and the main channels were lung. The analysis of association rules showed there were 5 groups of association drugs, with Chuanxiong as the last term, and with Angelica dahurica, borneol, and asarum.Cluster analysis of core drugs could be divided into two categories. Conclusion:Through data mining the medication rules of nasal therapy for the treatment of migraine attacks,it will provide ideas for clinical medication and new drug research and development.
