The Syndrome Characteristics of Stable Angina Pectoris and the Influence Factor of Phlegm and Blood Stasis
Objective:To explore the correlation between phlegm and blood stasis and physical and chemical indexes. Methods:A total of 194 patients with stable angina pectoris were selected, and the baseline data and relevant laboratory examinations of the subjects were collected, and the syndrome information of the patients was summarized according to the four diagnostic information of traditional Chinese medicine. Results:Among 194 subjects,86(44.3%)were phlegm and blood stasis;52 cases(26.8%)showed with qi deficiency and blood stasis;29 cases(14.9%)showed with deficiency of both qi and yin;27 cases(13.9%)showed with qi stagnation and blood stasis.Univariate analysis suggested that the influencing factors of TCM syndromes of stable angina included body mass index(BMI),hemoglobin(Hb),and aspartate aminotransferase(AST).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the independent influencing factors of phlegm and blood stasis were BMI,Hb,and AST.Conclusion:The stable angina pectoris most common syndromei is phlegm and blood stasis;BMI,Hb,and AST are independent influencing factors of phlegm and blood stasis type.
