目的:基于 CiteSpace知识图谱探讨近 10年脓毒症心肌病(SICM)的研究现状和研究热点。方法:通过 Web of Science检索2012-2022年 6月 SICM相关文献，应用文献计量学研究方法和 CiteSpace软件对 SICM文献的产出数量、国家/地区、研究机构、发文作者和共被引作者及双图叠加共被引期刊网络、关键词时间线网络和共被引文献网络进行文献计量学分析和可视化展示，探讨SICM研究现状和研究热点。结果:共纳入 3 814篇文献，近 10年 SICM相关文献逐年增长，2016 年开始文献产出激增。从国家/地区、研究机构和作者发文频次角度，中国与欧美国家齐头并进，但是从论文影响力和共被引作者角度看，我国与欧美国家仍差距明显。近 2年和近 10年期刊共被引频次排名前 10位的杂志相同，包括Crit Care Med、Crit Care等。SICM研究热点包括急性肾损伤、脓毒症心肌损伤、脓毒症休克、心源性休克、心肌梗死，涉及 SICM的病因、病理机制、评估、治疗、并发症和预后。频次排名前 10 位的高被引文献主要为脓毒症的指南共识和随机对照试验及 SICM研究综述。结论:基于 CiteSpace对 SICM文献进行计量学分析，可以更加清晰、直观地了解到全球 SICM的研究现状，有助于总结该领域的研究现状，推动该领域的发展。
Knowledge Graph Analysis of Research Trends and Hotspots of Sepsis-induced Cardiomyopathy Based on CiteSpace
Objective:To explore the current status and research hotspots of septic-induced cardiomyopathy(SICM)in the recent 10 years based on CiteSpace knowledge graph.Methods:SICM literature related to 2012-2022 was searched through Web of Science,and the published number,countries/regions,research institutions,authors and co-cited authors of SICM literature were analyzed by bibliometrics research method and CiteSpace software.The bibliometric analysis and visualization of the co-cited journal network,keyword timeline network and co-cited literature network were carried out to discuss the research status and hot spots of SICM.Results:A total of 3 814 literatures were included,and the analysis showed that SICM related literatures increased year by year in the past 10 years,and the output of literatures surged from 2016.From the perspective of countries,regions,research institutions and author publication frequency,China,Europe and the United States progressed together,but from the perspective of paper influence and co-cited authors,there was still a significant gap between China,Europe and the United States.The top 10 journals in terms of journal co-citation frequency in the last 2 years and in the last 10 years were the same,including Crit Care Med,Crit Care,and others.SICM research hotspots included acute kidney injury,septic myocardial injury,septic shock,cardiogenic shock,and myocardial infarction,which involved the etiology,pathomechanisms,evaluation,treatment,complications,and prognosis of SICM.The top 10 high frequency co-cited literatures were mainly the guidelines consensus and randomized controlled trials of sepsis,and research reviews on SICM.Conclusion:Based on CiteSpace,the metrological analysis of SICM literature could provide more clearly and intuitively status of global SICM research,which helpful to summarize the research status in this field and promote the development in this field.
