Medication Rules of TCM for Parkinson's Disease Based on Apriori Algorithm and Factor Analysis
Objective:To analyze the medicntion rule of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for the treatment of Parkinson's disease.Methods:The literature on the treatment of Parkinson's disease by TCM prescription was collected to esfa blish the TCM database,and the relationship between the drugs was discussed by SPSS software through complex network analysis.Results:The top 5 high-frequency drugs were radix paeoniae alba,prepared rehmannia root,Angelica sinensis,liquorice,uncaria,gastrodia elata.The cluster analysis and factor analysis were carried out,and 7 types of prescriptions and 11 types of common factors were obtained.Association rule analysis showed that radix paeoniae alba and prepared rehmannia root were the core drug pairs.Conclusion:The main principle of TCM for treatment of Parkinson's disease is nourishing Yin and nourishing blood,and the common treatment methods are calming liver and calming wind,resolving phlegm and dispersing nodules,inducing resuscitation.The core drug pair is radix paeoniae alba and prepared rehmannia root.
