Objective:To vanalyze the literatures of autophagy in intracerebral hemorrhage,and to explore the trend of research on autophagy after intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:The articles about autophagy in intracerebral hemorrhage published on China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)from January 1,1991 to December 1,2022 were retrieved.CiteSpace and VOSviewer software were used to analyze and retrieve the author,subject,source distribution,quantity,etc.,and perform visual display.Results:One hundred twenty-three literatures were included,and the annual total number of articles was on the rise.The literature sources were mainly the master and doctoral theses of Soochow University.Wu Chenghan's team and Zou Wei's team had the largest number of research articles.Soochow University was the institution with the highest number of publications in this field.The research focuses on the mechanism of autophagy and apoptosis in cerebral hemorrhage and the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine.The key words were atelectasis,autophagy,apoptosis,inflammation,and microglia.It was a research hotspot in the field of autophagy in intracerebral hemorrhage.Conclusion:The research field of autophagy in intracerebral hemorrhage shows better prospect,researchers cooperate with each other,but there still lacks inter-agency co-operation.At present,the research in this field focuses on clinical research of drug intervention,which provides the basis for the application research of autophagy in intracerebral hemorrhage.
