Acupoint Selection Rule of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Tic Disorders in Children Based on Data Mining
Objective:To explore the acupoint selection rule of acupuncture for the treatment of tic disorders in children based on data mining.Methods:The literature of acupuncture treatment for tic disorder in children was searched from CNKI,Wanfang Medical Network,VIP,PubMed,and EMbase,from February 2002 to February 2022.A statistical analysis was conducted to examine the frequency of main acupoints and matching acupoints usage,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome distribution,and acupoint meridian selection for treating tic disorders among children.Results:Seventy-one articles were included,involving 95 acupoint prescriptions,including 94 main acupoints and 99 matching acupoints.The total frequency of the main acupoints was 438 times,and the high frequency acupoints of main acupoints were Baihui,Taichong,Hegu,Sanyinjiao,Sishencong,Fengchi,Yintang,Shenmen,Neiguan,and Shenting.The total frequency of the matching acupoints was 427 times,and the top 10 most popular matching acupoints were Dicang,Yingxiang,Lianquan,Taiyang,Jiache,Zusanli,Sizhukong,Zhanzhu,Fenglong,and Jianjing.The top five TCM syndromes were hyperactive liver syndrome,spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity syndrome,yin deficiency and wind movement syndrome,spleen deficiency and phlegm aggregation syndrome,wind-phlegm disturbance syndrome.The high frequency meridians included the stomach meridian of foot-yangming,governor meridian,extra nerve points,bladder meridian of foot-taiyang,large intestine channel of hand-yangming.By clustering analysis of 12 high frequency main mating points,6 new combinations were obtained:Baihui-Fengchi,Taichong-Hegu,Sanyinjiao-Zusanli,Ganshu,Shenmen-Neiguan,Sishencong-Shenting-Yintang.Conclusion:The selection of acupoints for the treatment of tic disorders in children is mainly based on regulating the spirit,and supplemented by expelling wind and strengthening the body resistance.
