Objective:Based on the data mining method to analyze the drug use rule of the national patent oral compound prescription for the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods:The data of the oral patent compound used by the State Intellectual Property Office for the treatment of coronary heart disease from January 2018 to December 2022 were retrieved and entered into Excel tables as data sources.Based on this data source,filter according to the requirements,and built a database that meets the requirements.IBM SPSS Modeler,IBM SPSS Statistics,Cytoscape,and other software were used to analyze the frequency of use,drug efficacy,taste menstruation,association rules,and so on.Cluster analysis was carried out for Chinese medicines with high correlation intensity.Results:A total of 184 patented compounds for oral treatment of coronary heart disease were included,including 322 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine.There were 30 herbs with frequency≥20,and the top 3 were Danshen,Chuanxiong and Huangqi.The effect of traditional Chinese medicine were mainly to Yi Qi,Zi Yin,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,expectorant,clearing heat.The four properties were warm,cold.The five tastes were sweet,bitter and xin.Most of the meridian tropism belonged to liver,heart and spleen.After association rule analysis,24 groups of drug combinations were obtained,and 3 groups of effective clustering prescriptions were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion:Deficiency,heat,blood stasis,and phlegm are the key pathogenesis of coronary heart disease.The disease is located in the heart,liver and spleen.The treatment should pay attention to replenishing Qi and nourishing Yin,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,supplemented by clearing heat and resolving phlegm.Clinical treatment,should pay attention to syndrome differentiation and treatment,and grasp the key treatment methods.
