Effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill Combined with Enhanced External Counterpulsation for the Treatment of Coronary Microvascular Disease and Its Influence on Vascular Endothelial Function
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shexiang Baoxin pill combined with enhanced external counterpulsation in the treatment of coronary microvascular disease and its influence on vascular endothelial function.Methods:Seventy-eight patients with coronary microvascular disease(CMVD)were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Shexiang Baoxin pill and enhanced external counterpulsation.The changes of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,vascular endothelial function[nitric oxide(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1),serum angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ)]and myocardial tomography before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 87.18％,which was higher than that of the control group(64.10％,P＜0.05).After treatment,the serum ET-1 and AngⅡ levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the serum NO level was higher than that in the control group,the abnormal scores of left ventricular radioactivity and the scope of bullseye map defect were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Shexiang Baoxin pill combined with enhanced external counterpulsation can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with coronary microvascular disease,vascular endothelial function,and myocardial blood supply insufficiency,and clinical efficacy.
