活心丸对急性心肌梗死病人血清GDF-15、ESM-1、sST2水平及心功能的影响

目的:观察活心丸对急性心肌梗死病人血清生长分化因子-15(GDF-15)、内皮细胞特异性分子1(ESM-1)、可溶性致癌抑制因子2(sST2)水平及心功能的影响。方法:选取2020年6月-2023年6月在廊坊市人民医院治疗的94例急性心肌梗死病人,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各47例。对照组口服阿司匹林片、替格瑞洛片、阿托伐他汀钙片、酒石酸美托洛尔片进行治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上口服活心丸。比较两组临床疗效、心功能、心肌酶谱指标、血清GDF-15、ESM-1、sST2水平、生活质量及不良反应。结果:治疗组治疗2周后总有效率为93。62%,高于对照组的78。72%,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。治疗2周后,两组左室质量指数(LVMI)、左室重构指数(LVRI)及血清心肌肌钙蛋白l(cTnl)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌酸激酶(CK)、GDF-15、ESM-1、sST2水平均较治疗前降低(P<0。05),且治疗组降低程度优于对照组(P<0。05);左室射血分数(LVEF)及西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)各项评分均较治疗前升高(P<0。05),且治疗组升高程度优于对照组(P<0。05);6 min步行距离较治疗前延长(P<0。05),且治疗组6 min步行距离较对照组延长(P<0。05)。治疗组和对照组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(8。51%与14。89%,P>0。05)。结论:活心丸治疗急性心肌梗死病人,可降低病人血清GDF-15、ESM-1、sST2及心肌酶谱指标水平,改善心功能及生活质量,提高临床疗效,且安全性良好。
Effects of Huoxin Pill on Serum GDF-15,ESM-1,sST2 Levels,and Cardiac Function in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction
Objective:To observe the effects of Huoxin Pill on the levels of serum growth differentiation factor-15(GDF-15),endothelial cell specific molecule-1(ESM-1),soluble oncogenic inhibitory factor 2(sST2),and cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:A total of 94 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin tablets,ticagrelor tablets,atorvastatin calcium tablets,metoprolol tartrate tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Huoxin pill based on the treatment of control group.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function,cardiac enzyme spectrum indexes,serum GDF-15,ESM-1,sST2 levels,quality of life,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.62%,that was 78.72%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of left ventricular mass index(LVMI),left ventricular remodeling index(LVRI)and serum myocardial troponin l(cTnl),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),creatine kinase(CK),GDF-15,ESM-1,and sST2 in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the reduction degree of treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and Seattle Angina Scale(SAQ)score in both groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the degree of increase in the treatment group were better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The 6 min walking distance in both groups were longer than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the 6 min walking distance in treatment group was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between treatment group and control group(8.51%and 14.89%,P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction,Huoxin pill can reduce the levels of serum GDF-15,ESM-1,sST2,and cardiac enzyme spectrum indexes,improve cardiac function and quality of life,and improve clinical efficacy with better safety.
